The living room includes two full size couches and one corner chair, with additional seating available at the table and counter. The high table includes cables for charging iPhone and Android phones.

The Roku tv provides access to all your Netflix, Prime, and Hulu streaming. Local channels (NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, etc) are available via antenna-connected live TV.

With the blinds open there is plenty of natural light.

The counter chairs are a great place to stay out of the way of whoever is preparing dinner. :-)

The kitchen includes an oven range, a new microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven with air fryer. Also coffee maker and tea kettle. The drawers and cabinets are well stocked with mugs, glasses, dishes, forks, knives, pots and pans etc.

There is seating for 6 at the eat-in kitchen table. And there is more seating at the counter and at the table in the living room.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, a corner chair and a ROKU TV. The bedside lamps include USB ports for mobile phone charging.

The Bunkbed Room contains a twin bed on top and a full size below. And a twin size trundle bed (not shown) pulls out from underneath. The steps are drawers that can be used like a dresser.

Plenty of room for your pet to roam in the fenced-in backyard which is easily accessible from the side door.

With two ceiling fans, two porch swings, and three deck chairs, the fenced-in front deck is cool and secure outdoor space to relax after a day at the beach.

The laundry area contains a washer/dryer purchased in 2023. The side door is convenient for pets and opens to the fenced-in backyard.

The fenced-in backyard is a great place for you dog to roam. They can find shade along the house and shed, and you can fill a water dish with the hose there as well. The charcoal grill and folding tables are also here.

The beach chairs and umbrella will be hanging on the back of the shed.

Make your beach day an easy outing with the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and portable bluetooth speaker.

You'll find beach access all along Beach Drive - the closest being just over a mile from the house.

Fun stuff includes sand toys, basketball, pickleball, and badminton.

Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. There is also a dog park - Hannon A. Templeton Park, located at NE 41st Street and Oak Island Drive.

There are two fishing piers - Oak Island Pier is public. Ocean Crest charges for access but you can also rent fishing gear there. There are public fishing docks on the intracoastal side and the bait and tackle shops in town are helpful with advice.

Check out the expansive Middleton Park for things to do. And there are craft fairs, live shows, and food events there as well.

The Splash Pad at Middleton Park is a fun place for the kiddos.
